Anne Flodihn Shook offers Maharishi Light Technology with Gems in Des Moines, Iowa, and throughout the U.S. She is the Director of Consciousness-BasedSM Education Programs for Des Moines, Iowa. In 1973, Anne studied with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi to become a Certified Teacher of the Transcendental Meditation technique. She has taught TM throughout the U.S. and is also Certified in Maharishi Aroma Therapy. She enjoys offering these programs to help contribute to a more stress-free, enlightened community.
